Built on Expertise. Driven by Service.
Since 1993, Intermountain Turbine Services has been dedicated to one mission: keeping aircraft flying safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Founded in Lindon, Utah by aviation maintenance expert Darryl Christensen, the company was built on decades of hands-on experience and a simple belief that customers deserve more than quality engine work—they deserve a trusted partner who understands the importance of every flight.

Over the past three decades, Intermountain Turbine Services has grown from a small independent engine shop into the world's leading service center for the Honeywell LTS101 engine family.
Â
In 2023, the company further strengthened its industry leadership by acquiring the type certificate and manufacturing rights for the LTS101 engine line from Honeywell Aerospace. Combined with its position as the only authorized service center for the Honeywell HTS900 engine, this milestone reinforces Intermountain's commitment to providing long-term engine support, reliability, and value for operators worldwide.

About Intermountain Turbine Services
Â
Built on Expertise. Driven by Service.
Â
Since 1993, Intermountain Turbine Services has been dedicated to one mission: keeping aircraft flying safely, reliably, and efficiently. Founded in Lindon, Utah by aviation maintenance expert Darryl Christensen, the company was built on decades of hands-on experience and a simple belief that customers deserve more than quality engine work—they deserve a trusted partner who understands the importance of every flight. Christensen founded the company after years of specializing in Honeywell's LTS101 engine, convinced that with the right expertise and customer support, operators could achieve greater reliability and lower operating costs.
Â
Over the past three decades, that commitment has transformed Intermountain Turbine Services from a small independent engine shop into the world's leading service center for the Honeywell LTS101 engine family. As a Honeywell Authorized Service Center, the company earned a reputation for technical excellence, responsive support, and an unmatched depth of knowledge that operators across the globe have come to rely on. Building on that expertise, Intermountain also became the only authorized service center for the Honeywell HTS900 engine, investing heavily in specialized equipment, advanced testing capabilities, and factory-level support to serve both current and future generations of operators.
A major milestone came in 2023 when Intermountain Turbine Services acquired the type certificate, intellectual property, engineering data, inventory, and manufacturing rights for the LT101 engine line from Honeywell Aerospace. This strategic acquisition allows the company to provide even greater long-term support, strengthen the worldwide supply chain, and continue improving reliability while helping reduce the total cost of ownership for operators around the world.

Philosophy
Our philosophy has always been centered on serving our customers first. Every overhaul, repair, inspection, and technical recommendation is guided by a commitment to keeping aircraft in the air safely and returning operators to service as quickly as possible. Whether supporting emergency medical services, commercial operators, or private owners, we understand that every day an aircraft is grounded has real operational consequences.
Â
Our team believes that lasting relationships are built through honesty, responsiveness, and craftsmanship. We invest in specialized training, state-of-the-art equipment, and extensive parts inventory so customers can depend on accurate answers, efficient turnaround times, and repairs performed to the highest standards. Every engine that enters our facility receives the same level of care and attention to detail that has defined our reputation for more than 30 years.
As aviation continues to evolve, so does Intermountain Turbine Services. While our technology and capabilities continue to grow, our purpose remains unchanged: to provide industry-leading turbine engine support through exceptional workmanship, unmatched technical knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the success of every customer we serve.
